Cancel Order
Need to cancel your order? You can request a cancellation directly through your customer account.
Orders can only be cancelled if they have not been fulfilled yet.
To give customers time to make changes, orders usually enter our fulfillment process 6 hours after the order is placed. Once an order has entered fulfillment or has been shipped, cancellation is no longer available.
How to Cancel Your Order
- Click the button below to sign in to your customer account.
- Use the same email address you used when placing your order.
- You will receive a verification code by email.
- Enter the verification code in the customer portal.
- Once signed in, you will be able to see your orders.
- Select the order you want to cancel.
- If the order has not been fulfilled yet, you will be able to request cancellation from there.
Important
Cancellation is only available before an order has been fulfilled.
Orders usually enter fulfillment 6 hours after purchase, so please submit your cancellation request as soon as possible.
If your order has already entered fulfillment or has already shipped, it can no longer be cancelled. In that case, please wait for delivery and follow our return instructions instead.
