I love my vacuum and my filters. I ordered a extra battery and paid 79.99 for it. The box came to me with no battery in it. I did what was requested and I sent pictures of the empty box. I just want my battery. I can't seem to get resolution to my issue. Please send me my battery.

I bought the same vacuum in 2025 and it is the best cordless out there. I bought the second one to store upstairs. I have also recommended this model to others. There are many diehard Dyson owners that swear by their vacuum but when I list the superiority of this vacuum (battery life, roller that does not trap hair, ultra low decibel sound, ability to move between carpet and hardwood, they admit the Dyson is inferior in these areas…not to mention price! Fully satisfied with every element of this vacuum. Don’t know the background of the engineering design team, but they hit this one out of the park.

Based on Consumers Report, we purchased this stick vac after our Dyson stopped operating, and we couldn’t find anyone to repair it. We are very pleased with this purchase. As advertised, it has excellent force to pick up items both on hardwood and carpet. We would recommend it to you.
