It's a completely new sensation in my mouth. The jet is strong enough to thoroughly clean between my teeth, and the interval setting is ideal for moving from tooth to tooth. The only thing I found difficult at first was reassembling the tank and pump unit, as there were no markings. I also initially had concerns about whether the water tank would be large enough, but the capacity is more than sufficient even after very long use. I'm also quite satisfied with the price-performance ratio.
