It works great as a vacuum. Not so good as a mop. Just got the floors in 3 weeks ago. Cats and a dog picks up all the hair and dust great vacuum!

Easy to program, the robot’s mapping of the house was amazing and it has a great vac. I’m more than pleased with the performance. It’s a great purchase.
I really like the vacuum robot. The only thing is I wish there is an easier way to navigate it or manage the vacuum when mopping floors to avoid carpet/rugs. Otherwise, I love it for vacuuming floors & rugs without using the mop option.

I found the directions to get started with the vacuum to be a bit lacking, but then again, I don’t do well with instructions. Once I figured it out, I’m very pleased with the performance, especially with the wet mopping feature. I think the purchase was a good deal. I would recommend this product.

Works and runs great!!
I had trouble opening the part to empty the dirt, but eventually got it open. Having trouble getting it to work on carpet. It tells me to remove from the carpet. Hoping I'll figure that out too.
It works very well, yet unfortunately after the 3rd use in vacuuming the left side brush motor failed. I'm presently waiting for a replacement to install and get it back in service. Additional note, I think it would be helpful to denote in the startup guide that the mop plate should be removed if sweeping only, to get unit to cross over/vacuum area rugs in addition to hardwood floors, etc.

The vacuum opening seems a bit small, only about 6 inches. The 2 brushes seem great because they are long. It took a long time for it to get close enough to the walls and corners. It wouldn't transition from hardwood floor to carpet. The dirt collection bin is small, doesn't hold much and doesn't empty as cleanly and easily as the Roomba because you have to dump it from the top. The Roomba empties from the side.
Easy to use and quiet. Haven’t tried the mop yet.

Took awhile to get to know the product and learn about its features. AI really helped in that respect. Now all is good and we have a little robot that vacuums the whole house every Monday at 10 AM!
It did far better moving throughout the room the second time. It did not clean the throw rug that is knobby. Likes flat surfaces It finds its charging station easily. Navigated around objects very well
This vacuum (Robbie) does a fantastic job of cleaning. We have 7 carpeted rooms and a hallway; Robbie has cleaned each of them much more efficiently than We ever could with upright vacuum. After cleaning each room he has found his way back to the charging station to recharge his batteries. Fantastic piece of equipment.
This is the BEST investment in floor cleaning we have ever made. My wife loved that the floors are always clean, and the we don’t have to do the work of cleaning a lot of square footage - but we can do other cleaning chores that need to be done. I hope there are more household robots coming. Maybe a cooking robot? Or a bed making robot? Thanks again.
